How do I pick up my shirts?

·   Pick-up: You will receive your shirts at check in for Falcon Family Weekend, at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union on Friday evening and Saturday morning. Additional details will be sent to your email, so please be on the lookout for those. Shirts will not be available at Falcon Outfitters 

*Please disregard any pickup time estimates within your order, as these cannot be adjusted to accommodate pre-ordered items.

·  Exchanges/Returns: Due to the custom-made nature of this item, no exchanges or returns will be possible. Falcon Family Weekend shirts are exempt from Falcon Outfitters sales and discounts.
